Manhattan Sail

March News: big announcement, you’re invited!

Are you comining?

I hope you are well. A lot is happening behind the scenes, and I am excited to share a few updates with you. First of all, my upcoming album ‘Current’ is now officially off to mastering. We are also putting the final touches on the documentary and have started working on the artwork, and I am very happy to share that it will be released on June 26.

To celebrate, we are planning a very special release concert and party in New York on June 28. It will take place on the water with Manhattan By Sail, the historic Clipper City (pictured below), which began as a cargo schooner before the Civil War and was reborn through restoration using original Smithsonian plans. We will cruise the harbor at golden hour while we enjoy sweeping skyline views and striking visuals projected onto the sails, all set to the songs from my new album Current, the kind of atmosphere that feels completely right for this project. The public ticket page is not live yet, but I wanted to give you the first chance to hear about it. If you would like to be first in line for Early Bird tickets, please sign up through this link! More details will follow soon, along with additional events around the release.

In the meantime, this week brings two beautiful concerts: ‘Velouté Electro Jam’ on March 19th at Chinatown Soup and ‘Desserts & Songs’ on March 20th at Citiot Catskill. Read more below.

On March 20, we are bringing our Desserts and Songs show to Citiot in Catskill, upstate New York, a wonderful coffee shop, concept store, and gallery. I am excited for this one, as I’ll present some new songs and flavors, and Teddy will use his new oven. So it will be delicious! If you would like to join us there, please use this link to get 20% discount.

Our monthly Electro Jam with Velouté returns to Chinatown Soup, with Art Jones, Eva Novoa, and me, plus special guest Eric Hoegemeyer on Thursday, March 19th. These nights are adventurous and spontaneous. Doors at 6:30 pm, show from 7 to 8 pm. 16B Orchard Street, New York. If you’re in the city, I love to see you there. Here is a clip of our last one.
