At the Zur Heide Gourmet Festival in Düsseldorf, we created a 40 m² edible musical pastry painting — chocolate, cake, gel and flowers — while improvising live, and served it to 1,500 people.
ChocoJazz performed at The Netherlands Club NYC in a themed evening around De Stijl — we played original compositions informed by abstraction and visual art, connecting sound and form in the room.
At the Zutphen Chocolade Festival I led ChocoJazz in a sensory performance: chocolate tastings, visuals, and live music combining melody, percussion, and improvisation tied to the flavor experience.
ChocoJazz is our collaboration between myself and pastry chef ChocoTed — hosting livestream shows with live jazz and pastry creations, plus live events where audiences enjoy one-bite desserts paired with jazz from rising artists.
After graduating from Berklee I spent three months in the Netherlands with family and friends, before returning to Boston. Now I’m preparing to head to New York for new projects — while Ted, aka ChocoTed, begins his pastry internship there. Life after Berklee feels like
