At the Zur Heide Gourmet Festival in Düsseldorf, we created a 40 m² edible musical pastry painting — chocolate, cake, gel and flowers — while improvising live, and served it to 1,500 people.

While traveling between NYC and the Netherlands, ChocoTed and I blend jazz, visuals, haute cuisine, and electronic looped voice. Expect inventive flavors — from cardamom gel to hibiscus crumble — paired with original jazz compositions and multimedia samples.
This summer Teddy and I launched an experimental event called ChocoJazz: one night, ten courses, ten songs, 100 guests. The NieuwPlaatz was packed with people enjoying food, drinks, art — and jazz in a loose, unpretentious vibe.
Last weekend I went to Boston Illuminus Festival, an evening with lights projected on buildings, interactive art and technology.
In October I joined the Honk Festival in Harvard Square and the PRONK Festival in Providence — days of parades, street bands, and wild performances that ended with crowdsurfing and chaos in a parking garage under the bridge.
